宇宙の大きさに驚く
ちっぽけな太陽系。どこまでも広がる宇宙。
太陽系（たいようけい、solar system）とは、太陽および太陽の周囲を公転する天体と微粒子、さらに太陽活動が環境を決定する主要因となる空間から構成される領域をいう。太陽は、銀河系では典型的な質量の主系列星、すなわちありふれた星である。太陽の周囲を公転する天体には、現在確認されているだけで8個の惑星、5個の準惑星、多数の太陽系小天体がある。太陽系小天体には小惑星、太陽系外縁天体（ただし外縁天体のうちの冥王星型天体は準惑星に含まれる）、彗星、惑星間塵などがある。惑星や準惑星、太陽系小天体にはその周囲を公転する衛星や環を持つものもある。
The Aurora オーロラ

I spent a week capturing one of the biggest aurora borealis shows in recent years.
Shot in and around Kirkenes and Pas National Park bordering Russia, at 70 degree north and 30 degrees east. Temperatures around -25 Celsius. Good fun.

The Mountain マウンテン

This was filmed between 4th and 11th April 2011. I had the pleasure of visiting El Teide. Spain´s highest mountain @(3718m) is one of the best places in the world to photograph the stars and is also the location of Teide Observatories, considered to be one of the world´s best observatories. The goal was to capture the beautiful Milky Way galaxy along with one of the most amazing mountains I know El Teide. I have to say this was one of the most exhausting trips I have done. There was a lot of hiking at high altitudes and probably less than 10 hours of sleep in total for the whole week. Having been here 10-11 times before I had a long list of must-see locations I wanted to capture for this movie, but I am still not 100% used to carrying around so much gear required for time-lapse movies. A large sandstorm hit the Sahara Desert on the 9th April (bit.ly/g3tsDW) and at approx 3am in the night the sandstorm hit me, making it nearly impossible to see the sky with my own eyes. Interestingly enough my camera was set for a 5 hour sequence of the milky way during this time and I was sure my whole scene was ruined. To my surprise, my camera had managed to capture the sandstorm which was backlit by Grand Canary Island making it look like golden clouds. The Milky Way was shining through the clouds, making the stars sparkle in an interesting way. So if you ever wondered how the Milky Way would look through a Sahara sandstorm, look at 00:32.

生物 ～ 神秘の世界 ～
地球にはまだまだ未知の生物がいっぱい！
野生の動物たち。
全長15センチほどの深海魚デメニギス（学名：Macropinna microstoma）。
透明の頭部と思われる所に、緑色の球状部分があるがこれが円筒形の高感度の眼で、餌を探す為に発達したようだ。戦闘機のコックピットを思わせる頭部から真上 に飛び出ている ・・・。
この透明の頭部は、とても柔らかく敵の毒には有効であるが簡単に潰れてしまうとのこと。通常の眼の位置にあるのは鼻に相当する器官。アメリカのモントレー湾水族館研究所（MBARI）が、カリフォルニア州中央沿岸部沖 の深海で生きたデメニギスを発見した。その軟らかく透明な半球状の眼球が無傷のまま見つかったのは同種では初となる。
